This fast expanding non contact version of rugby, based on rugby league rules is fantastic for fitness, fun and to get the competitive juices flowing. The rules can be picked up within a couple of sessions and is a very appropriate off-shoot of our other fitness services. The goal is to get competitions running all over the country during the spring and summer months.

Touch Rugby gives everybody a chance to have some fun, get some exercise and enjoy the camaraderie that being a rugby player brings. Evening sessions during the summer are the perfect excuse to get out and about and have some serious fun AND look after your health.

After 30 odd years of playing netball I wanted to try something new. Touch rugby seemed fun as lots of running about & throwing a ball. I went on my own initially but needn't have worried as everyone was so friendly and I recognised a few faces from TRF group sessions. I enjoyed it more & more each week as I learnt more about the rules and had so much fun over the summer making new friends. I'm not ready to give up netball yet but will definitely be back in the spring for more touch rugby.
