Having had a career exclusively in the sports sector to date, Abe founded TRILINE Fitness 6 years ago and remains the driving force behind it. Abe’s coaching experience is very long standing, perhaps best demonstrated in him being a very successful player coach of his Uni rugby league team between 1991 and 1994 !!! His sporting background has been a constant since the age of 6 and has included : football, athletics (800m / 1500m) snooker (under 14s county champion), rugby union (19s county), league (England Students, semi –pro). Such is his love of competitive sport and testing himself that he was still playing union and league in to his 40s, until a freak injury curtailed it! Abe is inspired to help others fulfil their potential in terms of setting, achieving and maintaining goals which are meaningful and fulfilling to them. This could be from a county level 13 year old rugby player who wants to achieve higher, to someone in the 40s who has never run but wants to get fit and tone up. His motivation and drive rubs off on clients with ‘enthusiastic’ and ‘passionate’, being the words most commonly used to describe his instructing style. More info also on

Harry graduated from the University of Bedfordshire in 2016 with a BSc Honours in Sport Science and Exercise Practice. His sporting background is mainly rugby union and cricket; although he has participated in other sports such as Football, American Football, Swimming, Gymnastics, and even Netball when he was at primary school. His breadth of love for sports, fitness and coaching is really important for such a varied role at TRILINE Fitness which encompasses children, adolescents and adults undertaking a range of activities. He has an strong desire to be as active as possible and at Uni he trained and played for the rugby union team, in addition to regularly using the gym. His team ethic and trait of being very considerate of others shone through when he regularly volunteered as a 'guinea pig' in undergraduate, masters, and PhD studies. This served to significantly enhance his understanding of his studies. He is very meticulous about keeping on top of current best practice and keeps the old man of the company on his toes! More info also on
