We believe that if exercise is ingrained in to people from a young age then the chance of them maintaining this in their all important 20s and 30s (when the majority of people reduce activity levels and increase in weight) is higher.We’re unique in that we provide age appropriate classes from ages 4 to 18.
Break down barriers
Barriers to children enjoying sport can include but not be limited to one or more of self consciousness, boredom, poor fitness levels and struggles with game understanding. Having identified this, we have devised our own TRILINE continuum covering KS 0 &1 (Tikes), 2 (Tigers), 3,4 (Teens) and 5 TRF.
Improvement, enjoyment and progression
As children progress through the age groups to adolescence and adulthood they learn more complicated and demanding activities based on the following objectives : Improvement of mobility, agility and strength , increased aerobic & anaerobic fitness, invasion game understanding and developed catching and striking skills. Most importantly we want people to enjoy and value the sessions.
More than meets the eye
Rugby inspired fitness is key to our DNA and as a consequence we’re specialists in providing rugby specific coaching services.This includes union (winter) league (summer) and non contact derivatives Touch / Tag. We are in the process of accrediting our Fitness continuum programme in order that schools can deliver it internally where desired in the future.
